Billy D. Boardman

MANCHESTER – Billy D. Boardman, 57, of Manchester, formerly of Colebrook, passed away on Monday, March 6, 2023 at Lahey Clinic Hospital in Burlington with his sister Dotty holding his hand.

Billy was born on June 9, 1965 in Stewartstown, son of the late Maurice G. Boardman and Eleanor (McDonald) Creon.

He enjoyed sports of all kinds, cheering for the Patriots and even catching up on his Nascar races. Going for rides on his Harley, fishing or just being outdoors. Billy shared the love of watching horror movies with his late mother and in the last year he truly missed those times. He loved to read up on US History and spending time with his late dog Harley. Billy just loved life and he wanted to LIVE!  There were so many things, still, that he wanted to do.  He endured great pain during his illness, more than any one person could imagine!  He was the bravest and strongest person we have ever known.  No matter how many procedures, needles, the 27 years of dialysis or tubes in his body, he just kept on—he deserves the golden gloves for all of the fighting he has done!  In our hearts, he wins the “strongest man” contest!

Billy is survived by his siblings, Dorothy McDonald and her wife Jody Eafrati of Manchester, Mary Mailhot of Deerfield, Harold Scott of Manchester and Demaine Scott and his wife Melissa of Allenstown as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
