Lorraine (Provost) Dibble

Lorraine (Provost) Dibble, 100, wife of the late Tracy Dibble, passed away on Friday, April 19, 2024 at her home surrounded by her family. Lorraine was born on April 8, 1924 in South Hadley, MA to the late Solomon and Bella (D’Artois) Provost.

Lorraine retired as a registered nurse for the Department of Public Health in Boston, MA. She lived in Florida for 20 years where she was a past President of the Lake Wales Woman’s Club, and the Lake Wales Catholic Women’s Club. She was an active member of the Lake Wales Lions Club, and the Lake Wales VFW.

Lorraine is survived by her son: Richard Dibble; her three daughters: Betsy Doyle, Katherine Dibble and Janine Sanders and her husband Lawrence; her five grandchildren: Kristen Casey, Eric Mooney, Raymond Dibble, Austin Dibble and Claire Doyle; her three great-grandchildren: Dylan Casey, Kennedy Casey and Mac Dibble; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her beloved husband and her parents, she is predeceased by her two brothers: Richard and Robert Provost.

Please meet directly at Christ The King Parish, 72 South Main Street, Concord for a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, April 26, 2024 at 10am. Burial will take place at a later date at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL. Roan Family Funeral Home, 167 Main St., Pembroke assisted the family with arrangements.
