Richard Carter Obituary

Mr. Richard B. Carter, 54, of Pembroke, passed away unexpectedly at home on March 25, 2019.

Born in Manchester, he was the son of Susan Carter of Manchester.

Prior to his illness, Richard worked as a self-employed painter, a trade he enjoyed greatly. He also enjoyed working on cars.

He was predeceased by his sister, Tracey Garceau and his niece, Jade Hills.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sister, Lahoma Hills and her husband Gary of Pembroke, his brother, David Carter of Manchester and his three nephews, Kevin Hills, Daniel Carter and Corey Hills.
