Mary C. Hagler

PEMBROKE- Mary Carol Hagler, 48, of Pembroke, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family in the care of the Granite VNA Hospice House on November 21, 2021 after a long battle with metastatic breast cancer.

Mary was born and raised in Sanford, Maine.  She earned her degree from Hesser College and had been a resident of Pembroke for the past 20 years.

Prior to her illness, she was employed as a cash terminal operator for the New Hampshire DMV.  She previously worked for the Capitol Center for the Arts, the Department of Corrections, the former Oxford Health Plans and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.

Mary loved going to the beach.  She enjoyed countless shopping trips as well as arts and crafts.  She was a volunteer for PALS and was a Girl Scout Troop Leader.  Mary also trained in Martial Arts at the Manchester Karate Studio.  She loved the Manchester Monarchs and Fisher Cats and especially enjoyed walking the family dog, Zorro.  She will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her husband of 22 years, James Hagler, her daughter, Haley Hagler, her mother, Rose Mary Frank as well as many extended family members, in-laws, friends and co-workers.

Calling Hours will be held on Friday, November 26th from 5 to 7 P.M. in the Petit-Roan Funeral Home 167 Main St. in Pembroke.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, November 27th at 11 A.M. in Christ the King Parish, 72 S.
