Janice L. Young

GOFFSTOWN- Mrs. Janice L. (Jones) Young, 70, of Goffstown, passed away on April 3, 2023 at the Catholic Medical Center after a period of declining health.

Born on August 22, 1952 in Leavenworth, Kansas, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Madonna Jones.

Prior to her retirement, Janice was employed in the Accounts Payable Department for Hampshire Fire for many years. Janice had many talents and enjoyed sharing them with others, her love of music, singing and playing the piano, cooking, gardening, sewing and crafting of all kinds. She enjoyed bird watching and time with family

She was predeceased by her brother, Jimmy Jones and her grandson, Brad Josef Emmons.

She is survived by her three children: James Wencek, Stephanie Messina and her husband Michael and Sunny Wencek, her siblings, John Jones and his wife Charlotte, David Jones, Marry Ellen Jones and Sara Warren and her husband Jim as her grandchildren Rebecca, Crysta and Aliza, great grandchildren Aiden and Zzander.
