ALLENSTOWN – Bibianne Marie France Lacasse, 69, of Allenstown, passed away on Friday, September 16, 2022 at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston with her children by her side.
She was born on March 5, 1953 in Saint-Zacharie, Québec, daughter of Alcide Lacasse and the late Jeannette (Roy) Lacasse. In 1962 her parents moved the family to New Hampshire, which is where she called home.
Bibianne was a dedicated mother of three, who prioritized time with her family and friends. She had a passion for music and dancing, always listening to songs while gardening, sewing, or quilting. She enjoyed taking scenic drives, especially in the fall to see the foliage. She went for walks and took photos anywhere she traveled, and especially loved her trips to visit her children, wherever they were in the world.
Besides her mother, she was predeceased by her sister, Micheline Lacasse, and her brother, Rejean Lacasse.
She is survived by her children, Genevieve Poppe, Gwendolyn Poppe, and Gregory Poppe. She is also survived by eight siblings; Ghislain Lacasse and spouse Pauline, Desneige Mounsey and spouse James, Michel Lacasse and spouse Lori, Danielle Boissy and spouse Bruce, Mario Lacasse, John Lacasse and spouse Sheri, Luc Lacasse and spouse Peggy, Steve Lacasse and spouse Pam, sister-in-law Kathy Lacasse, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Kimball Jenkins in Concord, New Hampshire on the 2nd of October. There will be music and dancing, with no formal services. All friends and family are welcome to come and go between the hours of 1pm and 5pm.
