CONCORD- Mr. William M. "Bill" Cox, 69, a longtime resident of Concord, passed away unexpectedly on June 17, 2022. Bill was a longtime, loyal employee for HW Dow Crack-Sealing. He will always be remembered for his concern of others around him. He leaves no known family but is survived by many friends within the Concord community. A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, July 1st at 11:30 A.M. in Blossom Hill Cemetery in Concord. Please gather inside the main entrance by 11:15 A.M.
