MANCHESTER – Valerie Lee Parker (Bishop), of Concord, New Hampshire, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at the age of 70. She was born on January 6, 1956, to the late Willard and Evelyn Bishop of Pittsfield, New Hampshire.

Valerie was a graduate of Pittsfield Middle High School. Valerie lived life her way and on her own terms. She was feisty, stubborn, and fiercely independent right to the very end. During her time at Villa Crest Nursing Home, she earned the unofficial title of “Queen” and certainly kept everyone on their toes. Her family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to the amazing staff at Villa Crest for the care, kindness, and support they provided to Valerie.

Valerie was predeceased by her daughter, Carri Parker, and her sister, Vanessa Bishop.

She is survived by her three daughters, Candi Tibbetts and her husband, Bruce; Casey Bolton and her husband, Keith; and Courtne Booth and her husband, Kent Booth; her grandchildren, Tyler Stockman and his wife, Natalie, Kyle Stockman, Parker Bolton, Katilyn Booth, and Mercedes Booth; and Katilyn’s two daughters, Harper and Charlie, Valerie’s beloved great-granddaughters.

A private burial will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers or donations, Valerie’s family kindly asks that you consider registering to become an organ donor and giving the gift of life to others.
