Obituary

EPSOM – Trudy Ann Pride, 76, of Epsom, passed away at home on Monday, July 6, 2026, following a period of declining health.

She was born on February 11, 1950, in Portland, ME; she was the daughter of Mary (Modes) Nevers of Portland, ME and the late Arthur Nevers. Trudy was educated in the local schools and went on to attend the University of Valley Forge. She worked for many years as a paralegal for Sulloway Hollis and Soden in Concord until an accident that left her unable to work.

Trudy found joy in many things, time with her family, especially her grandchildren; going antiquing with her husband, rug hooking, playing the piano and going to church, Trudy’s faith meant everything to her, she enjoyed sharing her musical talent with the church as well. She was a longtime member of the Pittsfield Church of God. She was a former member of the Wolfeboro Full Gospel Church.

Besides her mother, Trudy is survived by her husband Robert H. Pride of Epsom, with whom she shared 52 years of marriage, their children, Jessica Harrington and her husband Mark of Auburn, MA and Jason Pride and his partner, Lindsey Simrell of S. Portland, ME; siblings, Karen Nevers of Portland, ME, Janice Parsons and her husband David of New Gloucester, ME and Kathy Guse and her husband Tim of Johnson City, NY, four grandchildren, Clara, Caitlin, Wilder and Juniper as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

A visitation will be held on Monday, July 13, 2026, from 10AM-11AM at the Roan Family Funeral Home, 167 Main Street, Pembroke. A prayer service will be held in the funeral home beginning at 11AM.
