STRAFFORD - Russell W. Howe, known to many as Russ, passed away peacefully at Epsom Healthcare Center on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at the age of 71. Born in Franklin, NH on June 24, 1954, to James and Arlene (Roberts) Howe. Russell was a skilled engineer. His commitment to his work was unwavering and his expertise was greatly respected. Russ enjoyed the hobby of beekeeping, sharing his knowledge and experiences with others. Russell is survived by his significant other, Francis Tuttle of Strafford and sisters, Lynn Ryan of Hillsboro and Bonnie Howe-Thompson of Virginia. There are no services scheduled at this time.
