EPSOM - Russell E. Buote, 74, of Epsom, passed away with his son by his side on Friday, December 22, 2023 at Concord Hospital following a period of declining health. Russell was born on July 22, 1949 in Manchester, son of Sophie (Wydra) Buote and the late Edward Buote. He was educated in the local schools but soon decided he was better set for the Military life, joining the Marines and serving in Vietnam, he was proud of his service time. He enjoyed baseball as a kid and even as a young adult and did some time with a fast paced softball team. He cherished time with his children and was a great role model for his boys, never saying no and never giving up he was always there for them, he was an honorable man in many ways. He worked for many years as a painter until his retirement in 2019. Besides his father, he was predeceased by a son Christopher Buote and his wife Brenda (Hickey) Buote just this past June. He is survived by his sons, Tucker Buote and Matthew Buote, siblings, Betty Doyon of Barnstead and Robert Buote of Epsom and Marianne Fisk, grandchildren, Anthony DeChristopher and Kassandra Buote.
