PEMBROKE - Roger E. Baron, a lifelong resident of Allenstown/Pembroke, passed away peacefully at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester on Tuesday, March 4, 2025. He was 87. Born in Allenstown on January 14, 1938, Roger built a life defined by his strong work ethic, spending the majority of his career as a dedicated Iron Worker in the steel industry.
Beyond his professional life, Roger's passions were vibrant. He was an avid bodybuilder in his youth, and his love for freedom and adventure was evident in his enjoyment of riding his Harley Davidson and his appreciation for the classic design of Corvettes.
Roger was predeceased by his parents, Frank and Glenda (Rondeau) Baron, and his sister, Charlotte Courtois.
He leaves behind his beloved son, Eric Baron of Pembroke; his nephews, Michael Courtois (Janice) of Laconia and Samuel Courtois of Manchester, and his niece, Carol Sanborn (John) of Sanbornton.
A service to celebrate Roger's life will be held at St. John the Baptist Church in Allenstown on Monday, March 17th at 11:00 am.
