EPSOM - Robert E. Kelsea, Jr., of Epsom, passed away on Monday, January 2, 2023 at Concord Hospital with his family at his side. He was born on May 12, 1976 in Norwood, MA, the son of Michele Mullen Gruhlke of Sunapee and Robert Kelsea, Sr. and his wife Judy (Duford) Kelsea of Epsom. Robert was educated in the local schools and a proud graduate of Pembroke Academy. He was an Iron Worker through and through, working in the industry for over 20 years, 10 of them with Local # 7 Ironworkers out of Boston, which brought him great pride. Robert's joy for life and love for his family was like no other. He loved playing football with his kids, wrestling, being outdoors, going to the mountains and playing card games. He was a movie fanatic, known for his infamous movie quotes and music of all kinds. On Sundays, he could be found at his dad's house, a tradition he enjoyed with his son Robert Hunter. He was predeceased by a son Hunter Owen Kelsea in 1998. Besides his parents, he is survived by his children, Paige Alexis Kelsea, Samantha Rose Kelsea, Robert Hunter Kelsea and Jackson Ty Kelsea all of Epsom and their mother Shanandoah Griffin; his sisters, Denise Revel and her husband Don of Newport Richie, FL, Trisha Hellings and her husband Paul of Deerfield, Tara Griffiths and her husband Andrew of VA as well as several nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2023 from 12PM-2PM at the Roan Family Funeral Home - Still Oaks Chapel, 1217 Suncook Valley Highway, EPSOM.
