BOW - Richard "Rick" C. White, 69, of Bow, NH passed away on Monday, January 29, 2024 at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. Rick was born in Nashville, TN on June 26, 1954 to William W. White and Freddie Mae (Adkins) White. Rick enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He loved hiking, camping, metal detecting, and anything creative with art or music. He always made it a point to involve the kids in anything he loved as well as making it to every sports game or school event they had. He was also active in his community where he served as President at White Rock Senior Living. Rick was predeceased by his wife of 21 years, Shirley (Cook) Sawtell. He is survived by his step-son, Daniel Dufour, his wife, Kim and their children Lukas, Jakob, Makswell, and Karlyann of Allenstown; his partner; Karen Watson of Bow; son, Jay White; daughter, Carrie White and her children Castle and Cora; Sister, Billie Darlene (White) Deveau and her husband William; Sister Carol Wydola and husband David of NH; Sister Joann Rossittio and husband Freddy of Connecticut; Sister Julie and husband John Savage of NH; Brother, Billy White of Haverhill, MA; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. A memorial service will be held at Deerfield Bible Church, 9 Church St. Deerfield, on Sunday, February 11, 2024 at 3pm.
