PITTSFIELD- Mr. Richard R. "Rick" LaRose, 66, of Pittsfield, passed away at the Tufts Medical Center in Boston on February 10, 2021 after a period of declining health. Born in Lowell, MA, Rick was the son of Shirley LaRose Brown of Lowell and the late Robert R. LaRose. He was raised and educated in Lowell before moving to New Hampshire over 40 years ago. Prior to his retirement in 2004, Rick was employed as an Assembler for the Batesville Casket Company in Nashua. He enjoyed woodworking and fishing but above all else, family was most important to him. Rick is survived by his longtime companion of over 25 years, Diane Burrows; his three children: Robert LaRose of Sanford, ME, Tabitha Call of Pembroke and Jessica Lauziere of Manchester. He was the Grandfather to Zachary, Ryan, Allison, Casey, Gregory and Riley and Great Grandfather to Jayvion and Ryder. He is also survived by his siblings: Anita Fuller of Pelham, Joseph LaRose of Nashua and Robin Cayer of Milford. A Walk-Through Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 20th from 1 to 3 P.M. in the Still Oaks Funeral & Memorial Home 1217 Suncook Valley Highway in Epsom.
