TILTON - Richard D. "Rick" Fournier, Sr., 59, passed away at his residence on Saturday, January 6, 2024 surrounded by his family. Rick was born on May 20, 1964 in Marlborough, MA, son of the late Walter Fournier and Kathleen O'Toole. He worked for many years in construction more recently as a General Contractor working for himself. He enjoyed building things and tinkering, playing computer games and watching Nascar races. He was a botanist and in his younger years enjoyed watching the Atlanta Braves play and collecting baseball cards. He is survived by his wife, Angela (Perron) Fournier of Tilton, with whom he shared 18 years of marriage, sons, Jack Fournier of Boscawen, Alex Fournier and his wife Kate of Palm City Beach, FL, Adam Fournier of Colorado Springs, CO, Sabastian Mallalieu of Tilton, Travis Mallalieu and his fiance, Cheyenne Morrison of Tilton, Richard "Ricky" Fournier, Jr., of Franklin, Wade Fournier of Tilton and Lucas Fournier of Tilton, adopted daughter, Shannon Coffin and her son Finn, siblings, Cindy Kandres of Revere, MA, Jo-Anne Jackson and her husband Barry of Waynesboro, VA, Mark Fournier of Santee S. Carolina and June Fournier of Bostic, NC, two grandchildren, Anastasia and Amelia as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, January 12, 2024 from 5PM-7PM at the Roan Family Funeral Home, 167 Main Street, Pembroke.
