Obituary

Rachel M. Goyette, 51, of Center Barnstead, passed away on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at her home surrounded by her loved ones after complications with asthma. Rachel was born in Nashua on January 16, 1973 and was the daughter of Regina (Giguere) Marquis and the late Fernand Marquis. Rachel worked as a cosmetologist and later in merchandising. She liked to cook and trying new recipes for her family. She loved animals, especially horses. She enjoyed riding and showing them at horse shows and fairs when she was younger. She was a good person, generous and caring. Rachel lived in the moment, tomorrow was another day. Her three children were the light of her life. She was predeceased by her father in 2021. In addition to her mother, Rachel is survived by her three children: Kyle Goyette and his wife Alicia of New Durham, Devin Goyette of Center Barnstead and Kaidin Bergeron of Center Barnstead; her significant other: Cory Bergeron; her grandchildren: Isabella and Joseph; her two brothers: Robert Marquis and his wife Sherry and Steven Marquis and his wife Kerri; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Joseph Parish, 844 1st New Hampshire Turnpike, Northwood on Friday, June 28, 2024 at 10am. Burial will be held at a later date at Mount Calvary Cemetery, Pittsfield. There are no calling hours. Roan Family Funeral Home – Still Oaks Chapel in Epsom is assisting the family with arrangements.
