BOW - Lucille L. (Morgan) Arsenault, 79, of Bow, passed away on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at the Granite VNA Hospice House. Lucille was born on May 10, 1945 in Bedford, daughter of the late Edward O. Morgan and Marcelle (Laplante) Hubbard. She was educated in the local schools, a graduate of Concord High School, Class of 1963. Lucille worked for the State of New Hampshire for over 10 years serving in many departments including, Department of Labor, Tax Commission and the Health Department. She enjoyed crafts of all kinds, painting, sewing, making blankets and crocheting. She also had a love for animals of all kinds. She is survived by her sister: Phyllis Shea of Ellsworth, ME. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her two sisters: Jeanne Wiggin and Doris Rolinson. A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 12, 2024 at 12pm at Blossom Hill Cemetery in Concord. The Roan Family Funeral Home in Pembroke is assisting the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Crotched Mountain Community Care in Manchester, Pope Memorial SPCA or to the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Cancer Center.
