Obituary

PITTSFIELD - It is with the deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of our WARRIOR Daughter and Sister, Kylee Nicole-Adeline Morel, who left us far too soon on Thursday, July 25, 2024, after a long hard fought 6-year battle with Pineoblastoma, a rare form of Brain Cancer. Born on August 9, 2000, Kylee is the beloved daughter of Linda and Chris Morel and beloved Sister of Chris Morel II. Kylee was an avid athlete who put her all into the game whether it was Softball, Basketball or Soccer. She particularly excelled in the net on the Soccer field. She was the starting goalie for the Pittsfield Varsity Soccer team from 7th grade all the way through her Senior year. She was a member of the Revolution United Soccer Club where she was in the net for several years for both indoor and outdoor Soccer. I believe her athleticism helped her fight this battle as hard as she did. Off the field her passion was Art. She was very creative and talented. She made many pieces of art for everyone and even got into designing and painting shoes. Kylee was a beacon of positivity, a person who could find the silver lining even in the stormiest of skies. She lived her life on her terms and was always unapologetically HER. Kylee was predeceased by her Maternal Grandparents, Edmond and Marion Pouliot of Pittsfield, NH as well as her Paternal Grandparents, Richard Morel of Newport, North Carolina and Roxanne McRae of Pittsfield NH. Members of her family include her devoted mother, Linda Morel, her loving Father, Christopher Morel and loving Brother, Christopher Morel II of Pittsfield, NH. Kylee also leaves behind many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Friends. The celebration of Kylee's life will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2024, from 1pm to 3pm at the Roan Family Funeral Home - Still Oaks Chapel, located at 1217 Suncook Valley Highway South, Epsom. We invite everyone who was touched by Kylee's life to join us in celebrating her beautiful journey. As we bid farewell to Kylee, we remember her not with sadness, but with gratitude for having had the privilege of being a part of her vibrant life. In lieu of Flowers, please donate to the Cancer organization of your choice.
