PEMBROKE - Jonathan R. Devereaux, 31, of Pembroke, passed away unexpectedly on the evening of Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at home. Born on November 18, 1990 in Cambridge, MA, he was the son of Mary (Carroll) Flanders of Pembroke and Marty Devereaux of Billerica. Jonathan had a pure passion for life. To know him, was to love him. He had recently achieved his dream of helping others in recovery. He was a Behavioral Health Technician at Avenue's Recovery Centers where he was celebrated and valued for his caring heart and openness with others. His love for music was shown throughout his entire time with us, as were his talents on guitar. He enjoyed weight training at the gym and exploring nature on hikes and on wooded trails. He cherished and wholeheartedly loved his family and his fiance whom he was to wed next month. Besides his parents, he is survived by his fiance, Amber Loiselle of Manchester, siblings, Amy Dionne of Morgantown, WV, Sarah Devereaux of Pembroke, Patrick Devereaux of Pembroke and Joseph Devereaux-Flanders of Pembroke, Maternal Grandfather, Richard Cooney of Wilmington, MA, Nieces and Nephews, Bastian Dionne, Liam Devereaux, Savannah Devereaux, Raelynn Devereaux as well as several other nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. A Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 16, 2022 from 12PM-2PM at the Roan Family Funeral Home, 167 Main Street, Pembroke. A brief service will begin at 1:30PM.
