SUNCOOK- Mrs. Jeanne M. (Duford) Gagne, 86, a lifelong resident of Suncook, passed away at Epsom Healthcare Center on April 8, 2022. Born in Manchester, Jeanne was the daughter of the late Joseph A. and Dora (Courtemanche) Duford. She was educated in Suncook and was a graduate of Pembroke Academy. Prior to her retirement, Jeanne was employed as an Electronic Assembler at Sprague Electric for many years. She also spent time working in the kitchen for the Pembroke schools. She loved knitting, gardening, reading, venturing on day trips, spending time in the kitchen baking and playing computer games. A longtime communicant of St. John the Baptist Parish, Jeanne was a member of the St. Therese Rosebush Society and Ladies of Ste. Anne Sodality. She was predeceased by her husband, Donald Gagne and her brother, Paul Duford. Jeanne is survived by her children: Debra J. Dunn and her husband Douglas of Manchester, Michelle Gagne of Pembroke, Bill Gagne and his wife Robin of Concord, Dennis Gagne and his wife Sue of Concord and Gary Gagne of Pembroke; her sister Cecile Berube of Allenstown, six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. In accordance to her wishes, there will be no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, April 19th at 10 A.M. in St. John the Baptist Church in Allenstown. Services will conclude with burial at St. John the Baptist Cemetery.
