PITTSFIELD - Janet H. Atherton, 87, of Pittsfield passed away on Monday, January 15, 2024 at Concord Hospital. Born in Toronto, ON, Canada on March 22, 1936 to Bernard and Marjorie (Duck) Hughes. Besides her parents Janet was predeceased by her three siblings. Members of her family include her husband, William Atherton; sons, William Atherton, Jr. and his wife, Jen Macneish, Edward Atherton, John-Paul Atherton and his wife, Jill and Kelly Atherton and his wife, Julie; daughters, Laura Atherton and her husband, Fernando Bartolozzi and Carrie Atherton and 6 grandchildren.
