EPSOM - Harold E. Thorne, 85, of Epsom passed away surrounded by family at Concord Hospital on Wednesday, March 22, 2023. Harold was born on December 31, 1937 in Limerick, Maine to the late Robert H. Thorne and Alice G. Morrell (Chick). Harold had many pastimes that he truly enjoyed throughout his life. Some that everyone could agree on was he loved his share of the outdoors whether he was boating and camping on Lake Sebago in Maine, dancing around singing his karaoke, or simply enjoying his time on the beach or camping. Besides his parents is he predeceased by his sister, Diana St. Hillaire. He is survived by his son, Harold Thorne, Jr and daughter, Janice Michaud, his sisters; Beverly, Barbara, Joanne, Linda, and Phyllis, brothers; Thurland and Peter, four grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. At this time there is no services scheduled. The family will hold a private burial at their own convenience at a later date.
