Peacefully left this life for the next while holding his daughter's hand, after spending one final day surrounded by the family he loved desperately.

For nearly 50 years, George dedicated his life to the tractor industry. No one could out-tractor

George. His knowledge of the equipment was second to none, but what truly set him apart was his unwavering commitment to the people he served. His legacy of excellence was built not simply on selling equipment, but on standing behind every machine after the sale. His integrity and unmatched expertise earned him not only a loyal following of lifelong customers, but countless friendships. But tractors were simply the vessel through which his goodness shined.

George believed each day was a privilege, and he lived accordingly. Armed with a song in his heart, a large hot cream-only coffee in his hand, and his cowboy hat, he met each day ready for whatever came. When George would say, "Life is for those tough enough to enjoy it," it wasn't bravado. It was an invitation to notice the beauty that still exists even when life is hard. To choose gratitude over bitterness, hope over despair, and courage over fear.

George's sharp wit and unmistakable dry humor kept everyone entertained. His stories, one-liners, and perspective on life will be retold for generations. His work ethic, strength, generosity, determination, and deep love for life touched everyone fortunate enough to know him. He had a remarkable gift of making every person feel like they mattered. Whether you stopped by for five minutes or spent the entire afternoon with him, you left feeling heard, encouraged, and just a little better than when you arrived. George possessed a quiet wisdom that couldn't be taught. He understood what really mattered in life, and he had an extraordinary ability to help others see ittoo. He gave people his time, his knowledge, and his whole heart.

The world was a far better place with George in it.

When the first warm day of spring arrives, take a moment to stand in the sunshine, breathe in the smell of the earth waking up, and think of him. That's where you'll find George's spirit, in every quiet moment that invites you to simply be grateful you were here at all.

George will be remembered as a loyal husband, fiercely devoted father, beloved GiGi, son, brother, uncle, brother-in-law, mentor, exceptional dog walker, legendary tractor dealer and constant friend.

In lieu of flowers, go enjoy some ice cream with someone you love.

A celebration of this magnificent life will be held at Concord Tractor on Saturday October 17, 2026 from 4-7 pm. 164 Dover Road Chichester, NH. Whether you knew George for a lifetime or only a moment, if his life touched yours in any way, we hope you'll join us.
