Chichester - Gail E. Wilen, 78, of Chichester passed away unexpectedly on Friday, August 25, 2023 at Concord Hospital with her husband by her side. Gail was born on April 1, 1945 in Lawrence, MA, daughter of the late George Travis Jr. and Mildred (Farr) Travis. She was educated in the local schools and went on to earn her nursing degree. She worked for many years with Epsom Manor as an LPN until her retirement. Gail enjoyed taking trips to the ocean, going for walks, cooking for anyone that was around, laughing and sitting outside to enjoy nature, animals of all kinds were her passion. Her family brought her much joy and she loved being a Wife, Mom and Grandma. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Carol Yennaco. She is survived by her husband and love of her life Bruce Wilen of Chichester, children, Bruce Wilen and his wife Susan of Windham, Robert Wilen of Chichester and Denise Petrycki and her husband John of Campton, two brothers, Donald Travis of Strafford and William Travis and his wife Elaine of Windham, two grandchildren, Lauren and Robert Petrycki as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
