CENTER BARNSTEAD- Fred Emerson Sr., 59, of Center Barnstead, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday October 15, 2020. Born on November 29, 1960 in Pittsfield, he was the son Daniel Emerson and the late Amy (Johnson) Emerson. Fred was employed at the YMCA in facilities maintenance for over 12 years. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, spending time with his family, and was known to many as "Fix it Fred", always a quick thinker and able to fix anything he put his mind to. Besides his mother, Fred was predeceased by his brother, George Emerson. Fred is survived by his beloved wife, Vicky (Hull) Emerson of Center Barnstead; his four sons, Fred Emerson Jr. of Penacook, Mike Emerson of Northfield, Matthew Emerson and his wife Sarabeth of Farmington and Jesse Emerson and his wife Samantha of Center Barnstead; his siblings, Amy Eastman, Roy Emerson, Tommy Emerson, Danny Emerson, Hazel Emerson, Jimmie Wesson, Earl Warren and Walter Warren, one grandchild, Emma with another on the way. A Memorial Gathering will be held on Saturday, October 24th at 2:00pm in Fred's Home. The Still Oaks Funeral and Memorial Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
