PEMBROKE - Edward L. Hartshorn, 86, of Pembroke, passed away on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at his home with his family by his side. He was born on August 24, 1937 in Waltham, MA and was the son of the late Frederick and Marie (Walsh) Hartshorn. Edward honorably served in the U.S. ARMY and National Guard. He enjoyed playing pool, cards and fishing, but most of all, spending time with his family. He is survived by his beloved wife: Ellen (Munafo) Hartshorn; his two daughters: Kristi L. Cali and her husband Stephen of Pembroke, Ursula S. Nolan and her husband Sean of Bedford; his grandchildren: Samantha and Madison Cali, Abigail Fontaine, Audrey Nolan; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Edward is predeceased by his siblings: Elizabeth Robinson and Frederick "Buddy" Hartshorn. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2024 from 1pm to 3pm at the Roan Family Funeral Home, 167 Main Street, Pembroke. A prayer service will follow at the funeral home at 3pm.
