HOOKSETT- Mrs. Edna B. Hemeon, 93, of Hooksett, passed away at the Granite VNA Hospice House on March 24, 2023 after a period of declining health.
Born in Manchester, Edna was the daughter of the late Bruno and Anna (Morgan) Piche. She was raised and educated in Hooksett and was a graduate of Pembroke Academy.
Prior to her retirement, Edna was employed by the General Electric Co. for many years, both as an office worker and a tool room manager.
She enjoyed crocheting but above all else, she cherished the time spent with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Richard H. Hemeon; her sister, Rita Hebert; her brothers, Valerian Piche, Homer "Jack" Piche and Armand "Pete" Piche; and two nephews, Ronald and Donald Hebert.
Edna is survived by her two sons: Wayne R. Hemeon of Allenstown and Dale R. Hemeon and his wife Jen of The Villages, FL; her sister: Gertrude Connor and her husband James; her grandchildren: Brett Hemeon, Sarah Hemeon-Steeves and her husband Jonathan, Alison Willis and her husband David, Seth Hemeon and Amy Murphy and her husband Richard; her great grandchildren: Evan, Emma, and Lorali; as well as many nieces and nephews.
