LOUDON – Dylan Patrick Graham, 18, of Loudon, passed away unexpectedly, doing what he loved, on Monday, August 11, 2025. He was born on September 15, 2006, in Plainview, NY; son of John Patrick and Jennifer Ward Graham. Dylan was born on Long Island and then moved to Loudon where he attended Loudon Elementary School and was a 2024 graduate of CSI Charter School. He loved animals, especially his cat, Jinx. Dylan truly cherished time spent with his beloved family. He was an avid motorcycle and sport bike enthusiast and loved riding his 2015 Raven Edition Yamaha R6. Although Dylan faced his own struggles, he never stopped fighting and always had a shoulder to lean on for anyone in need. He was truly a beacon of love and hope. Dylan had a strong belief in God which brought him comfort and light in his darkest times. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Mason Graham; maternal grandparents, Kenneth B. Ward and Patricia Hurley and her husband, Joseph; paternal grandmother, Geraldine Lange; his uncle, Michael K. Ward and his wife, Angie; and his loving girlfriend, Jennie Karam. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 15, 2025, from 10:00AM-11:00AM with a Service starting at 11:00 AM at the Roan Family Funeral Home, 167 Main Street, Pembroke, NH 03275.
