Manchester – Doris Ann Davis, 91, of Manchester, formerly of Hooksett, passed away with family by her side on Saturday, February 1, 2025 at Villa crest Nursing Home. Mrs. Davis was born on June 27, 1933 in Worcester, MA, daughter of the late William and Alice Carberry. Doris worked for many years as a secretary with State Mutual Life Insurance before her retirement. She was an avid reader who loved to travel and go on cruises. Doris loved her trips to Foxwoods and she enjoyed the time she got to spend with her family. Besides her parents, Doris was predeceased by her husband, William R. Davis in 2013 and a brother, William Carberry in 2019. She is survived by her children, Ronald Davis and his wife Eva, Brian Davis and his wife Alison; brother, Kenneth Carberry; grandchildren, Jennifer MacLeod and her husband Blake, Jarrett Davis, Sarah Davis, Christopher Davis, Carter Davis; great grandchildren, Grayson and Paisley as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. The Roan Family Funeral Home in Pembroke is assisting the family with arrangements.
