HOOKSETT- David R. Boutin, 71, of Hooksett, NH, passed away at home with his wife of 51 years by his side. David was born in Dover, NH and grew up in Portland, ME. He was a graduate of Cheverus High School class of 1971. David received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Northeastern University and a Master's Degree in Community Planning from the University of Rhode Island. David was employed in several capacities throughout his career, including town planning, corporate real estate acquisition and assessing and political campaign management. David also spent several years serving in the public interest as a planning board member, town counselor, NH State Representative and NH State Senator. David is survived by his wife Janet, two daughters and their spouses; Michelle and Ryan Boisvert and Elise and Jon Barton; four grandchildren: Bradon, Madison, Aubrey and Gianna; two sisters Jackie Awugah and Gisele Underkofler and their families and three brothers Daniel Boutin, Norman Boutin and Roger Boutin and their families. David was predeceased by his father and mother; Lucien and Madeleine Boutin and sister Dolores. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 17th from 10 A.M. to 12 P.M. in The Roan Family Funeral Home, 167 Main St. in Pembroke. A Memorial Service will follow at 12 P.M.
