Obituary

CONCORD - Daniel T. O'Connor, of Concord, NH passed away peacefully at home on December 22nd at the age of 59, after a sudden battle with Cancer. Dan was born in Brockton MA on June 2, 1963. He enjoyed his spare time rebuilding his GTO, playing the drums as a member of the Empty Pockets, throwing horseshoes with the Boscawen Men's Horseshoe League and most importantly being a grandpa to his 5 granddaughters; Hayleigh, Kyla, Maggie, Evie and Veda. Dan was a fun, loving person who would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. He was a great problem solver, always ready to help someone in need, he had a great sense of humor and was well known to many not only for his generous nature but his hard work as a flooring contractor for Baileys Custom Carpets for 39 years. Dan took so much pride in his work and for good reason as he was considered one of the best in his field. Dan is predeceased by his lifelong friend Jeffrey Cadorette and he will be forever deeply loved and remembered by his daughters, Erika Willette; Kourtney O'Connor; Kacey Derepentigny and her husband Alex; His son Daniel O'Connor; His five granddaughters, his brothers and sisters and many, very close friends. While Dan left us far too soon, the impact he had on all of us will be felt for years to come. He will be fiercely missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. A celebration of Dan's life will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Dan's name to the Payson Center for Cancer Care at Concord Hospital.
