Allenstown – Constance I. Fortier, 81, of Allenstown, passed away on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at her home with her children by her side.

Connie was born on March 26, 1945, in Manchester, daughter of the late Albert and Eva (Garon) Fanny. She worked for many years for Delta Dental until her retirement. Connie enjoyed trips to the casino for overnights with her late husband or going on fishing trips with him. She loved spending time with her family, going out to eat, watching the fireworks and anything animal related. She also loved playing bingo. She was a long-time communicant of St. John the Baptist Parish in Allenstown.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Richard R. Fortier as well as three siblings, Robert Fanny, Cecile Moore and Ronald Fanny.

She is survived by her children, Tammy Fortier of Loudon, Richard Fortier, Jr. and his wife Amanda of Epsom and Gail Fortier and her partner, Jeff Backman of Allenstown, six grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
