Obituary

PEMBROKE – Claire Pelletier, 56, of Pembroke, passed away on Sunday, June 8, 2025, at her residence. She was born on November 4, 1968, in Manchester, cherished daughter of Charles and Madeleine (Langlois) Dionne. Claire was a 1986 graduate of Manchester High School West and went on to earn her Associates in Human Services at New Hampshire College. She worked for many years as a bus driver for both TSA at Manchester Airport and with Manchester Transit Authority before becoming a caregiver working for LifeShare. In her younger years she enjoyed playing music on her clarinet, singing, dancing and theatre. She spent much of her time helping others through her volunteer work with the Red Cross, taking drives to the mountains and glamping. More recently she enjoyed diamond painting, cross stitching and reading. She was predeceased by her step-son, Philip Pelletier, III. Besides her parents, she is survived by her daughters, Danielle Prentice and her husband, Paul of Lakeland, FL and Kimberlee Pelletier and her fiancée, Kevin Halen of Pembroke; brother, A. Robert Dionne and his husband, Keith of Manchester; grandchildren, Connor, Aidan, Liam and Glenn Prentice as well as Damien Halen. A visitation will be held on Monday, June 16, 2025, from 4PM-5:30PM at the Roan Family Funeral Home, 167 Main Street, Pembroke. A prayer service will be held in the funeral home beginning at 5:30PM.
