PEMBROKE - Bruce Irvin Lawler of Pembroke, NH passed away Sunday, March 6, 2022 at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston.
He was born in Nashua, NH on June 17, 1955 to the late Flora and Irvin Lawler. He grew up in Concord, NH and graduated from Concord High School.
He is survived by his wife Bonita Lawler and his children Eric Strazze (Tiffany) who was his best friend, his son Bruce Lawler and daughters Duska and Ryann and daughter-in-law- Tracey Lawler, his sister Robin (Stephen) Gaige, Lori (Dale) Warner, and Victoria Lawler, along with his 5 grandchildren, nieces and nephews, family from Connecticut who loved him so, and his brothers-in-law Leonard Fournier and Ben Strazze (Gene). Elisha Dupuis who was like a daughter. Thank you Kimberly O'Brien for all your love.
He was a dedicated police officer and retired from the Pembroke P.D. As an officer, he was a certified accident investigator and he received an accommodation for saving a MA state trooper's life. His greatest love was his family. He was a talented drummer, dive master, and boating enthusiast. He lived life to the fullest.
We are celebrating Bruce's life at Grace Capital Church on Saturday March 19, 2022 from 11am-12pm. A reception will follow at a place to be announced at the end of the service.
