Epsom – Brenda Jean Bailey, 59 of Epsom, passed away on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at her residence following a period of declining health.

She was born on May 29, 1965 in Lowell, MA, she was the daughter of Peter Milinazzo of CA and the late Barbara (Finneral) Milinazzo. Brenda was educated in the local schools and went on to earn her bachelor’s degree from St. Mary’s College in California.

Brenda worked for over 20 years with the State of New Hampshire as a Training Coordinator and later as a Nursing Home Inspector until her retirement. She was extremely artistic and enjoyed painting. She spent many Sundays singing in the church choir. She enjoyed cooking and her family.

Besides her mother, Brenda was predeceased by a daughter, Angela Mia Bailey.

She is survived by her husband Westley Bailey, Jr. of Epsom with whom she shared over 33 years of marriage, children, Westley Bailey, III and Maria Bailey, siblings, Lisa Milinazzo-Barnett, Laura Pariseau, Peter Milinazzo, III and Brian Milinazzo as well as five nieces, Gabriella & Bethany Pariseau, Carina Milinazzo, Sarah & Elizabeth Gunn.

A visitation with refreshments will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2024 from 11AM to 12:30PM at the Roan Family Funeral Home- Still Oaks Chapel in Epsom.
