Obituary

On May 11th of 2025 Brandie Noel Fragale passed away at home, where she was the happiest and the most comfortable. A home where she was surrounded always in love by her life partner Roger, her dog Mattie, her cats Max, Elton, and Milo, and her many ducks, chickens, and geese. Also sharing a home and life with Roger's daughter Jessie Landry and her partner Nate, who she created many memories with. Brandie was born on August 21st, 1972 in Lowell Massachusetts to her mother Noel Sicinski (Lundy) and her late father Julian Sicinski. From a young age her love of animals and nature was prevalent as she spent time in 4H and the AKC Junior showmanship. Where her talent for empathy, understanding animals, and determination was reflected through her many awards and trophies. Through her life she filled her days with the care of her animals, walks, knitting, embroidery, crocheting, reading, watching a plethora of movies, playing games, attending crystal, geode, and rock shows, and exploring the arts and world whenever she had the chance. Always seizing the opportunity to bring along those she loved, always sharing in her joy and excitement of life. Brandie's view on life was optimistic, humorful, empathetic, nonjudgemental, and benevolent. She had the heart and courage to speak for what she believed was right, always giving support and kindness to those who needed it. Although she was diagnosed with colorectal cancer and navigated life with treatments, appointments, and all that comes with cancer- she did so with her head held high, full of bravery, and relentless effort. Brandie shared her experiences, created awareness around colorectal cancer, and tried trial treatments so that others will have a chance to live on. Brandie was a mother of two daughters, Briana Guinazzo and Shilo Geisser. She lovingly and patiently gave her daughters the support and knowledge they needed in life. Through Brandie her daughters were taught love, compassion, individuality, and strength. She leaves them in the loving care of their father Richard Guinazzo who she shared memories of youth and growth with. Brandie was a daughter to Noel Sicinski (Lundy) and Julian Sicinski. The bond and love between Brandie and Noel were everlasting as mother and daughter, which only grew stronger as Brandie and Noel spent frequent time together over the course of her battle. Brandie was a sister to James Sciniski and the late Betsy Mills, both of which she remained close with, and loved unconditionally. Brandie was a life partner to Roger Landry; their love for one another was timeless, selfless, and unwavering. It was when Brandie met Roger that she met the love of her life, they became two halves of a whole, where they had the beautiful opportunity to share their life together. Roger has given our family the comforting knowledge that she is truly loved for who she was and as she was, entirely. Brandie was an aunt to Becca and Holly Cousins, both of whom she loved from the moment they entered the world and every day since. Brandie was a life long best friend to Caroline Orr. The two remained inseparable since high school, sharing memories of their youth and adult life together. Brandie was a Mema to Oliver Schofield and Levi Crosby. She loved watching her grandchildren grow into their personalities, spending time with them, and most of all building legos with Oliver. Brandie was also a Mema to Joey, Sammy, and Regis. Shilo's fur babies who were overly spoiled and loved by Brandie. Brandie lovingly accepted and grew greatly fond of her two daughter's significant others Ben Geisser and Monty Crosby. Brandie gave unwavering compassion and kindness to her family, friends, strangers, and those she cared for through Granite VNA. Although Brandie's time has come to pass, she leaves behind a legacy of kindness, compassion, and a humor that will live on through each of us.
