PITTSFIELD- Benjamin M. Marcotte, 22, of Pittsfield, passed away on July 20, 2025 after a long struggle with mental illness. Born in Concord, Benjamin was the son of Tony Marcotte and Victoria (Brideaux) Marcotte. He was raised and educated in Pittsfield and was a graduate of Pittsfield High School Class of 2021, where he had the distinction of being Valedictorian. Ben worked as a general contractor and operated his own business, Ben's Building and Renovations. He was also a certified EMT. He enjoyed hiking and riding his motorcycle but especially cherished playing with his nephew, Elkridge. Ben was predeceased by his brother, Zachary A. Marcotte. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brothers and sister: Matthew Elsker and his wife Esther, Sam (Christopher) Marcotte, Jacob Marcotte, Abraham Marcotte and Annelissa Marcotte. He also leaves his stepfather, Bruce Bova, his nephew, Elkridge as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins. A Time of Remembrance will be held on Friday, July 25th at 5 P.M. in The Roan Family Funeral Home – Still Oaks Chapel, 1217 Suncook Valley Highway in Epsom.
