BARNSTEAD - Barbara J. Vesey, 74, of Barnstead died at home on Monday, November 6, 2023. Born in East Derry, NH on April 5, 1949 the daughter of Donald and Hazel (Woodard) Carey. She was an active member of the Barnstead American Legion Women's Auxiliary. Barbara was also passionate about gardening in her spare time. Besides her parents Barbara was predeceased by her husband, Francis L. Vesey in 2011. Members of her family include her sons, Troy Fontaine and his wife, Barbara of Barnstead and Todd D. Fontaine; brothers, Donald Carey and his wife, Carol of AZ and Steven Carey of AZ; sister, Elaine Richardson and her husband, Bern; nephews, James Mat Arozzo, John Mat Arozzo and Scott Carey; niece, Tammy Mickelson and her husband, James and Barbara's dog, Rusty. A graveside service will take place at the New Hampshire State Veteran's Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Hwy Boscawen, on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at 1pm.
