ALLENSTOWN- Mr. Armand J. Tourangeau, 91, of Allenstown, passed away peacefully at home on August 16, 2026 after a long period of declining health.

Born in Quebec City, Armand was raised and educated there before coming to New Hampshire in 1973.

Prior to his retirement, he was employed as a groundskeeper for the Manchester Country Club. He was a former member of the Board of Directors for the Intervale Country Club.

Armand enjoyed golfing and walking his wife’s horses every day. He had a knack for music and could play just about any instrument. He was also a talented singer and sang in a Canadian band.

He was predeceased by 8 brothers and sisters.

Armand is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years, Sandra (Cote) Tourangeau as well as several nieces and nephews.

As requested, there will be no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, September 10th at 11:30 A.M. in Holy Rosary Church, 21 Main St. in Hooksett. Burial will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in Armand’s memory may be sent to the Pope Memorial SPCA, 94 Silk Farm Rd. Concord, NH 03301.
