PEMBROKE- Mr. Anthony M. "Tony" Gagnon, 63, of Pembroke, passed away unexpectedly on February 22, 2025, after a brief illness. Born in Manchester, Tony was the son of the late Raoul and Doris (Demers) Gagnon. He was raised and educated in Suncook and was a graduate of Pembroke Academy Class of 1981. Prior to his illness, Tony was employed as a laborer for Kalwall Corp., a position he held for over 29 years. Never one to sit idle, Tony enjoyed woodworking, bowling, camping and especially fishing. When his sons were growing up, he was active with Boy Scouts and Suncook Youth Sports. Family was paramount to him, and he cherished spending time with his grandchildren. He also enjoyed trips to the beach, the arcades and being with his dogs. Tony was also very active in the Belmont Middle School community. Tony is survived by his beloved wife: Marie R. (Baum) Gagnon; his two sons: Timothy and Mathew Gagnon; his mother, Doris Gagnon; his sister, Laurette Beaulieu and her husband Pierre Beaulieu; and his beloved grandchildren: Makenzie, Timothy, Jr. (TJ), Teagan, Zoey and Callie. Tony is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th from to 4 to 6P.M. in The Roan Family Funeral Home, 167 Main St. in Pembroke. A Celebration of His Life will follow at 6 P.M.
