PITTSFIELD - Amanda L. Goodwin, 49 of Pittsfield, passed away on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at the Granite VNA Hospice House in Concord, surrounded by her loving family. Born on July 5, 1974 in Oscoda, MI, she was the daughter of Guy Goodwin and his partner Faith and Debra Goodwin and her partner Frank Griffin. Amanda was a graduate of Merrimack Valley High School and was employed for several years with the Red Cross. She loved Arts and Crafts, listening to music especially bands like Boston, Journey and artists like Elton John and Billy Joel. She may have enjoyed cats more than humans, more specifically her cat known as "Old Man" Besides her parents, she is survived by her brother, Kurt Goodwin, her nephew, Ethan Goodwin, Uncle, Randy Hunt and his wife Jennifer, Aunt, Marilyn Day and her husband J.L. and her longtime caregiver and friend Jean Williams as well as numerous friends. Calling hours will be held on Friday, September 22, 2023 from 10AM-12PM at the Roan Family Funeral Home, 167 Main Street, Pembroke. Interment will follow at the New Hopkinton Cemetery in Hopkinton.
